Sunset Hikyoga ® Town of Lockport Nature Trail with Diana

Please join me for a Hikyoga® adventure as we explore Town of Lockport Nature Trail in Lockport, NY. Our adventure will open up with yoga, continue with a hike, where we will pause to stop, drop and practice some of our favorite moves along the way. This Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows.

Parking: There is a big parking lot off of Slayton Settlement Road at the entrance to the trail. We will meet in the big clearing, directly to the right of the parking lot. There are no restrooms available so please plan accordingly.

Please wear activewear and appropriate footwear for hiking (no flip flops). You do not need a yoga mat. This is a fairly easy, light hike, but there are some rocks and branches along the way, and the trail may be a bit slippery in some areas. You may also want to bring water, sunglasses and bug spray.

Our Hikyoga® will take place light rain or shine. However, please make sure you check your email the day before and the day of your event just in case there is information to be shared about our adventure.
