Join me for this evening Sunset Hikyoga along the Genesee River! Summer nights offer the perfect temperature for yoga and meditation outdoors! This special Hikyoga adventure features beautiful sunset skies, grounding yoga and the sounds of summer. Glow sticks will add some fun to this a easy way to end a summer weekend
Parking: Please park in the community parking lot next to Pelican’s Nest. We will gather on the boardwalk.
No yoga mat is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and appropriate footwear for hiking.
Our hikyoga will take place light rain or shine. However, please make sure you check your email the day before and the day of our event just in case there is information to be shared about our adventure.
