Hikyoga® at Green Lakes State Park with Taylor

Join Taylor Foster, certified Hikyoga® Instructor at one of upstate New York’s most beloved parks! Meet us at Green Lakes State Park located just outside of Syracuse, NY for a morning of hiking and yoga!  Our hike will start at the snack shack! Once we are all checked in and ready to go we will enjoy an easy hike around the main lake.  We will be stopping along the way to admire the beauty nature has to offer while flow through open level yoga poses. The hike will end with a traditional style yoga flow to help soak in the practice.  Class is suitable for all levels.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes to walk in! Come as you are with a yoga mat and sunscreen and get ready for an experience! 

Please note- there is an $8 parking fee per car.  This location does accept card and cash for the parking fee.  Once you have parked, walk to the beach and you will see a large concession area. This is where we will be meeting!
