Hikyoga at Red Rock Canyon Open Space with Lora

Join us for a Hikyoga adventure as we explore Red Rock Canyon Open Space in Colorado Springs, CO. Our adventure opens up with yoga, and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and practice some of our favorite yoga moves along the way. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows.
The trail difficulty is easy.
Make sure to bring water, good hiking shoes, and layers. No yoga mat is needed.
Parking is located at 3550 West High Street.
Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary to due to extreme weather at least 1 hour in advance, please be sure to check your email.
