Join us for a Sunday reset at the Sculpture Park for Hikyoga. Immerse yourself in the beauty, nature, and amazing artistry this park provides. We will begin with a warm up to prepare our mind and body for the hike and yoga to come. Hiking the trails provided, we will pause by the creekside and flow slowly as the water, continuing on to the gorgeous overlook, where we will ground down for our balance poses. Finally, we will hike to the ponds for photos and our final flow.
