Our evening will start with a slow warm up to prepare our body and mind for our hike. We will begin our Hikyoga experience with grounding, setting our intentions, and then we will pause for a gentle flow. Moving through the trails, we will stop to admire the gorgeous scenery surrounding us and take on a balance pose. Continuing on the trail and reflecting within, we will pause for another gentle yoga flow. Our final scene will allow for a reflective meditation, photos, and the mighty falls that surround us.
