Join Angie and Aslin Beer Company Herndon for yoga (in the brewery now that it’s getting chilly!)
Enjoy Aslin Beer Company Herndon with an all levels yoga flow that will ground your senses, and get the body moving and connected…mind, body, spirit!
What to expect: This hour-long indoor yoga class will feature beginner poses with variations for more experienced yogis. Please bring your yoga mat.
Things you will need: water, comfortable clothing, yoga mat.
Check-in will begin at 9:45 am and we will promptly begin at 10am. When we finish around 11 am, stick around for a beverage (not included) and socialize.
