Hikyoga at Aslin Beer Company with Angie

Join Angie at Aslin Beer Company Herndon – we’ll walk to the park to get warm for yoga and then head back to Aslin to hang out!
We’ll meet at Aslin Beer Company Herndon then walk to the park for a beginner friendly yoga flow (standing poses only – no need to bring your mat) that will ground your senses, and get the body moving and connected…mind, body, spirit!
Things you will need: water, hat or sunglasses, comfortable clothing, yoga mat.
Check-in will begin at 9:45 am and we will promptly begin at 10am. When we finish around 11 am, stick around for a beverage (not included) and socialize.
Let’s be green! No need to print tickets!
