Urban Hikyoga®- Neighborhood of the Arts with Linda

Come join me on this Urban Hikyoga® to explore the Neighborhood of the Arts! Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a neighborhood walk where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This Urban Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to find the beauty and calm in the everyday city landscape and to enjoy a grounding yoga flow! Lets reconnect with nature and enjoy the Rochester urban landscape together!

Please bring yoga mat! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking, appropriate clothing for weather, movement & light yoga. Bring a bottle of water. 

Parking info: We will meet in the NuMovement parking lot. Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance. *
