Urban Hikyoga®- Corn Hill District with Linda

Join me for an Urban Hikyoga in the Historic Corn Hill neighborhood! We will stroll along city streets finding peace in everyday sites and sounds. Along the way we will pause for yoga and meditation building our sense of observation to the beauty of the everyday. Come join me for this fun urban Hikyoga experience!
No yoga mat needed. Please dress for movement & walking. Bring a water bottle too.
Parking: We will meet in the Cornhill Landing Parking lot.
Afterwards, If schedules permit, we can explore the old subway tunnel and pose against a back drop of graffiti!
