Hikyoga Fit is back! Hikyoga will be kicking it up a notch at Corbett’s Glen Park led by Hikyoga Instructor, Donna!
Join us as we take Hikyoga to the next level as we infuse yoga with a total body, strength building workout. This class has the same awesome benefits of practicing yoga outside, plus we guarantee to give you a killer sweat!
Be sure to bring your yoga mat and lots of motivation!
This is a five week series, every Monday starting July 15th until August 12th – Last one don’t miss it!
Please Note: We will be meeting at the park entrance on Penfield Rd across from Forest Hills Rd! If weather shows poor conditions we will notify you at least two hours prior to the event with a rescheduled date!
