Hikyoga® Happy Hour on the Genesee Trail with Linda

Join me Tuesday’s after work for a Happy Hour Hikyoga along the Genesee River! Each month our Happy Hour location will change! Unwind from the day with an hour long Hikyoga quickie where you can ground yourself with the beauty around us and stop for yoga along the way.
Parking: Please park in the community parking lot next to Pelican’s Nest. We will gather on the boardwalk.
No yoga mat is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and appropriate footwear for hiking.
Our hikyoga will take place light rain or shine. However, please make sure you check your email the day before and the day of our event just in case there is information to be shared about our adventure.
