Hikyoga at Corbett’s Glen with Christina

Join us for a Hikyoga adventure as we exlpore Corbett’s Glen in Penfield. Our adventure opens up with yoga, and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and practice some of our favorite yoga moves along the way. Trail difficulty is medium. No need for mats, but bring water, comfortable shoes and bug spray or sunscreen.

There is parking available at the 415 Penfield Rd address. However, should that lot be full, parking is available on the residential road across the stree from the entrance.
