Join me for Hikyoga along Beach Avenue in Charlotte. We will take in the beauty of the beach and tour the Secret Sidewalk on this morning adventure. Our fun begins with yoga and continues with hiking and meditation. There will be pausing along the way to take in the sights and for standing yoga flows.
What to bring: No mat is needed for this event. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing that allows for movement. A bottle of water is also great to have.
Where to meet: We will meet in the Abbott’s Custards parking lot.
