Gosnell Big Woods Hikyoga with Emily

We will take the 1.2 mile loop around the meadow and explore some of the side trails into the big woods in this beautiful park! We will pause along the way to take in the beauty around us, both open meadow and cozy woods, and make space for mindfulness and yoga along the way! There is a parking lot off Vosburg Road, but there are no bathrooms! Wear shoes you are ready for adventure in! 

Emily is a hikyoga teacher with a background in power vinyasa and a need for yin. She hopes you find a playful curious side to yourself as well as renewal on the trail together.
