Join Hikyoga instructor Donna as we explore Corbett’s Glen!

Our adventure opens up with yoga, then we begin our hike while pausing to stop drop and yoga along the way, incorporating a meditative walk and time to inhale the scenery! This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement and a bottle of water.  

Parking info: We will meet at the park entrance located on Penfield Road across from Forest Hills Rd. Please note that the entrance located off Glen Rd is NOT our location 

 If weather shows poor conditions we will notify you at least two hours prior to the event with a rescheduled date!
