Hello! I am Molly

“To achieve your highest self is to be true to what makes you happy and
feel liberated in this life.”

Little about me

I have been teaching yoga for 8 years, becoming certified in Hatha yoga in 2012, and certified in prenatal yoga in 2015. I love yoga because it holistically serves the whole person, in mind, body and spirit. Once I began practicing, yoga added so much to my well-being, I knew I needed to share it with others by becoming a teacher.

Since I was young, I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors. It grounds me, as well as lifts my energy, at the same time. I’ve always preferred practicing yoga in nature. There is a unique feeling that comes from that experience. What better way to get the benefits from yoga and being in nature than by bringing them together?

Hiking and yoga are the perfect combination to enhance the benefits each has to offer. I can’t wait to share this unique experience with my Hikyoga students! It creates a new appreciation on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.

When I am not teaching yoga and hiking, I enjoy kayaking, camping, and gardening.  I am also a mother, birth & bereavement doula, crisis counselor, and School Psychologist. We will see you soon on the trail!
