Enjoy the picturesque Old Scarbuck Trail, hiking and stopping for amazing views and yoga flows. Breathe in nature, focus on yourself, and reset for the week ahead. This easy loop trail includes an amazing wooden bridge, small creek, and a giant boulder. Begin with a nice standing warm up, meditation, enjoy standing flows along the trail, and after our cool down, follow us to Mystic Hills for an adult beverage of choice.
