Join us for a Sunday Reset Hikyoga. We will begin with a standing warm-up by the pond, then hike through the trails and wooded areas, stopping for standing yoga flows along the way. We will journey near the water, so be prepared with waterproof boots or shoes. We will enjoy standing balance poses creekside, take some photos, hike a few more trails, then return to the pond for our cool down.
Here’s what you need to know:
Bring a yoga mat for the warm-up and cool-down sessions.
Wear sturdy hiking boots or sneakers (some areas may be muddy or wet).
Be prepared! We recommend bringing sunscreen, bug spray, plenty of water, and a snack!
Free parking is available along the driveway, and an outhouse with a sanitizing station is on-site for your convenience.
