Thanksgiving Family Hikyoga® at Helmer Nature Center with Linda

Get outdoors and begin your day doing something different! Come join me to explore the Helmer Nature Trail in Irondequoit! Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This Hikyoga® experience will start your Thanksgiving morning connecting with nature and grounding you with a mindul hike and peaceful yoga flows! Make this a memorable family adventure too! We kindly request that one child per adult for supervision.
No yoga mat needed! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement & light yoga and a bottle of water.
Parking info: We will meet in the parking lot of Pinegrove/Helmers Nature Center and then head to the trail together.
Our hike will take place light rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance. Please check your email the day before and the day of our event to insure you don’t miss any important information.
