Sunset Hikyoga at Bluffs Regional Park with Kendra

A sunset hike combined with yoga, fusing the elements of nature with the benefits of yoga. The highlight being the incredible sunset that is summer in Colorado.
We’ll enjoy a magical sunset along the Bluffs Loop Trail at Bluffs Regional Park, which encompasses 360 degree views of Denver, including Pikes Peak to the South & Longs Peak to the North. The trail, approximately 2.7 miles in length (with spurs out to two overlooks), is ideal for stops to practice yoga while taking in the setting sun!

Meeting Location: We’ll meet at the covered picnic tables next to the parking lot.
Meeting Time: Check-in starts at 6:15 pm. We’ll start promptly at 6:20 pm.
Important Details: No yoga mat necessary. Bring water & an extra layer. Restrooms are available at the trailhead. The trail is easy to moderate in difficulty.
