Ignite Your Soul – Yoga @ The Arbor Loft

Special Location! Class will be held at The Arbor Loft for this weeks Thursday session. We are bringing the outdoors in by working from the inside out. Join us for this exciting new series of indoor yoga to help us get through the winter. Each week we will have two yoga classes, Tuesday and Thursday. Come to one or come to both!
Yoga classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm. After each yoga class there will be a 15 min Meditation and Discussion based on the topics below to help Ignite Your Soul.
