Hikyoga®-Helmer’s Nature Center led by Linda & Krystina-Nov. 6th

Come join me to explore the Helmer Nature Trail in Irondequoit! Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This tranquil Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy an mindful hike and move through peaceful yoga flows!
No yoga mat needed! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement & light yoga and a bottle of water.
Parking info: We will meet in the parking lot of Pinegrove/Helmers Nature Center and then head to the trail together.
Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance.

1. Hikyoga® session (hike+yoga+meditation)
2. Hikyoga® session (hike+yoga+meditation) + Hikyoga® Beanie
