Hikyoga® – Helmers Nature Center Led by Linda

Come join me to explore the Helmer Nature Trail in Irondequoit!  Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful standing yoga flows! 

Please bring your yoga mat! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement & light yoga and a bottle of water. 

Parking info: We will meet in the far parking lot of Pinegrove/Helmers Nature Center and then head to the trail together.

Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance.
