Hikyoga Community Yoga Class at Asbury Tent Week

We are excited to be a partner at the Asbury First Tent Week! Are you ready to OPEN your heart, OPEN your mind and join us under the tent for an OPEN to all community wide neighborhood party. Monday, August 7th is Opening Night – A Neighborhood Party and Hikeyoga is offering a FREE community yoga class on the front lawn. All you need to bring is your yoga mat and we will help you open your mind and your heart so that you can enjoy the party and meet your neighbors.

After the class you will have an opportunity to do a walking meditation in the Asbury First Labyrinth!
