Hikyoga at Mendon Ponds Park with Pauline

What to Expect: West Esker Trail is about a mile and a half long and moderately hilly. We will hike, stop along the trail for standing yoga, breath work, meditation, and finish with a vinyasa flow near the Hundred Acre Pond.
Be sure to bring your phone for photos!
Check-in will begin at 10:15am and we will promptly begin at 10:30am.
Parking/Where to Meet Up: Parking lot at end of Pond View Rd. We will meet near the trail map sign, in between Hopkins Point Lodge and the bathrooms.
What to Bring: Yoga mat (or towel/blanket) and carrier, water, bug spray, comfortable layered clothing/shoes appropriate for hiking/walking. (Keep weather/temperature in mind!) Clothing note: we’ll be sitting on logs/rocks so be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting possibly dirty.
Restrooms may not be available. (I can’t guarantee they’re unlocked.)
