Hikyoga® at Latta Plantation Nature Reserve – Led by Jill

Join me on the Cattail Trail in the Latta Plantation Nature Preserve for a gorgeous and gentle hike along the lake. As we hike we will stop for some yoga and meditation along the way. We will meet in the picnic area at the very end of the road once you enter the nature reserve. There are restrooms available at that point. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. We will not need our mats for this hike, but please bring a water bottle, and if you’d like bug spray and or sunscreen.
