Hikyoga® at Highland Park with Emily and Jessica

What better way to embrace a fall afternoon in Rochester than to come on a hiking + yoga adventure at beautiful Highland Park with Hikyoga instructors Emily and Jessica! Our journey will start by meeting in front of the Lamberton Conservatory, then we’ll explore Highland Park, taking in the scenery and pausing throughout to play with some fun (and beginner-friendly!) yoga poses. 

Logistics:
Parking is on the street along Reservoir Ave. and Pinetum Dr. Restrooms are located on Highland Ave. (about halfway through our walk) indicated on park map found here (ones at top of map are not functioning): http://www2.monroecounty.gov/files/parks/Maps/HighlandPark.pdf

No yoga mats required for this event. Be prepared with comfy clothes to move in and a water bottle. Most importantly, just be ready to have some fun! We can’t wait to see you!
