Hikyoga® at Durand Eastman – Led by Linda

Come join me to explore Durand Eastman Park and to Hikyoga® the beautiful trail surrounding Durand Lake! Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to enjoy an invigorating hike and grounding yoga flows! Take time to get grounded and connect with nature. No yoga mat needed! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking, appropriate clothing for weather, movement & light yoga. Bring a bottle of water. Parking info: We will meet in the parking lot located on Zoo Road and head to the trail together. There is additional parking on Lakeshore Blvd. if needed. Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance. * No refunds 48 hours prior to the event.
