Hikyoga at Coyote Ridge Trail with Kendra

Join CO’s very own Hikyoga® instructor Kendra for a wonderful summer morning of hiking and yoga!
A staple in Northern Colorado, the Coyote Ridge trail offers fantastic views of the Front Range and miles of trail that are perfect for yoga!
We’ll interspere some light yoga throughout the roughly 3 miles of trail that will be covered (1.2 miles up & back) & take some time to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings while we hike this gem of a destination.
So, grab your hiking shoes (and maybe a buddy) and get ready for a delightful morning!
Meeting Time: Check-in starts at 9am. We will start promptly at 9:10 am.
Directions: Take Harmony Rd in Fort Collins West to S. Taft Hill Road. Turn left Left (South) onto S. Taft Hill Rd. and travel 3.5 miles to Spring Mesa Rd. Turn Right (West) ionto Spring Mesa Rd. & park in the Coyote Ridge Natural Area parking lot. The trailhead is conveniently located at the parking lot where we’ll meet to begin our journey!
Important Details: This is a moderate trail roughly 3 miles out & back; anticipate inclines as we’ll rise just over 580 feet in elevation. Please were comfortable shoes and clothes. No mat required. Don’t forget the suntan lotion, water and anything else needed to be comfortable while spending time outdoors. Shade on the trail is minimal so plan accordingly.
There are no restroom facilities at the trailhead so please plan accordingly.
