Hikyoga at Churchville Park with Shavaughn

We will warm up with yoga, and continue with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and practice some of our favorite yoga moves along the way. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows.
Churchville Park is perfect for those who enjoy the serenity of being on the shaded trails, and alongside the calming water!
The trail difficulty is light.
Please bring: comfortable shoes that you do not mind getting wet from dewy grass, water, and don’t forget your SPF!
We will park right off of Main St. at the East/West Lodge.
Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary to due to extreme weather at least 1 hour in advance, please be sure to check your email.
