Hikyoga® at Bradley Woods with Em

Get outside with us at Bradley Woods in Westlake, Ohio. Hikyoga combines all of life’s best ingredients- yoga, meditation, nature and connection. Trails are moderate difficulty, and the yoga will be tailored to fit all levels of yogis. Wear comfortable shoes, and bring a bag with some nuts or a bar and some water. Yoga mats are optional. We’ll opt in for getting a little mud on our hands. We can’t wait to connect with you outside!
