Gosnell Big Woods Hikyoga with Emily

Weekend warriors! Explore the meadow trail and the Big Woods with pauses to take in the nature around us with meditation and yoga. There is ample parking in the lot off Vosburg Rd.

Make note that there are no restrooms! Light hiking shoes or trail shoes are perfect for this park. No mats required, poses will be standing and accessible to all levels of experience. Wear lots of cozy layers that you feel comfortable moving, bending, and stretching in. 

We will meet to check in at 10am at the trail head just off the parking lot and begin our adventure promptly at 10:10am.
