Complimentary Solstice Flow with Taylor from Hikyoga®

Join Taylor Foster, 200 RYT and certified Hikyoga® Instructor as we flow to honor the Summer Solstice. Class will be comprised of 108 Sun Salutations to honor the transition into summer. Why 108 Sun Salutations? As we flow, the body will build heat that is used to burn off old intentions and create energy for new intentions.
You will learn a brief history behind the purpose of this specific flow while having the space to manifest new goals. Please bring your mat as this will be a traditional style vinyasa class. Do not forget water and breathable clothing.

**Driving directions: From Holt Rd, please travel onto Park Rd. We will be meeting by the tennis courts off of Park Rd in Webster, NY.
