Come join Nicole and the RYPs as we Hikyoga® Corbett’s Glen! What is Hikyoga™ ?.. Hikyoga™ is Hiking infused with yoga!
Our adventure opens up with yoga then we begin our hike while pausing to stop drop and yoga along the way, incorporating a meditative walk and time to embrace the scenery!
Just bring yourself and wear comfortable shoes.. no yoga mats needed!
Parking info: We will meet at the trail head off of Penfield Rd. Please park in the lot off Penfield Rd across from Forest Hills Rd. NOT the Glen Rd enterance where Google Maps may lead you. 🙂
