Hikyoga is kicking it up a notch with Hikyoga Fit! Join us as we take Hikyoga to the next level as we infuse yoga with a total body, strength building workout. This class has the same awesome benefits of practicing yoga outside, plus we gurantee to give you a killer sweat inducing workout, that will get you ready to attack the week ahead!
Be sure to bring your yoga mat and lots of motivation!
Drop In: $16 per class
Parking info: We will meet at the park entrance located on Penfield Road across from Forest Hills Rd. Please note that the entrance located off Glen Rd is NOT our location
