Haunted Hikyoga® at Durand Eastman Park with Linda

Come join me to explore Durand Eastman Park and to Hikyoga® the beautiful trail surrounding Durand Lake! Our adventure opens up with yoga and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and yoga along the way. This Halloween Hikyoga® experience will give you the opportunity to enjoy the fall foliage and get you in the Halloween spirit with a little local history about the White Lady who is said to haunt the park!
No yoga mat needed! Wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking, appropriate clothing for movement & light yoga and bring a bottle of water. To make our hike extra fun, why not come in costume?! Prizes will be awarded and special treats along our route will be offered.
Parking info: We will meet in the parking lot located on Zoo Road and head to the trail together. Please be prompt since we will head out right at 10:30. There is parking on Lakeshore Blvd. too if needed.
Our hike will take place rain or shine! A rain date will be emailed to you if rescheduling becomes necessary due to weather at least 2 hours in advance.
