Free Hikyoga® Community Class at Virginia Kendall with Natalie

Join us for a Hikyoga adventure as we explore Virginia Kendall park in Peninsula. Our adventure opens with yoga, and continues with a hike where we will pause to stop, drop and practice some of our favorite yoga moves along the way. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to embrace nature, enjoy an invigorating hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows. I am so excited for you all to take in the breathtaking views at the Overlook. This trail has a medium difficulty level with more narrow trails and various terrain. Things you will want to bring water, yoga mat, wear comfortable shoes, and layer up when in doubt. We will all meet at the parking lot at the Ledges Shelter.
